About me

Having entered the third sector after leaving university, I’ve never looked back. I now run a charity in West Sussex that provides therapy services, along with training for counsellors.

Alongside my role, I work as a consultant with a wide range of businesses, from education providers to supported employment providers and mental health charities. As well as my consultant work, I also deliver workshops and CPD events.
